April 7th, 2010 is World Health Day. It's an effort to educate the world about the health needs of various groups from around the globe. During health day, cities and communities are asked to put on health activities.
An offshoot of the World Health Organization is the group, Kids for World Health. It was started by kids who want to spread the motto that life is important for all people, rich and poor. Check out their website.
