Anti-Smoking Fun in Hannibal

The group Breathe Easy Hannibal is combating smoking in one way by creating fun events to attend. March 10th will mark their first smoke-free happy hour. Guests will enjoy free food and the opportunity to visit with others about how to stomp out smoking. Check out the invitation here. 

You may be too far away to attend the event in Hannibal, so why not start a group in your own home town?

The Rules of Street Bike Riding

When you ride your bicycle on the street, you are expected to follow the same rules as motorists. That means you need to signal when you turn and wait your turn among other things. Listen to this week's show for tips about riding safely and correctly when out on the road.

Groundhog Day 2009

Well, it's official. Phil saw his shadow which means we'll have six more weeks of winter.  Check out Punxsutawney Phil's site to learn about this fun loving holiday. And don't forget to get your exercise. Just because it may be too cold to play outside for the next six weeks, doesn't mean you should just sit around.  Get active and stay healthy.
