Kick the Can...Fun for All Seasons

With the weather getting cold, it can be tempting to just stay inside and watch TV, play video games or get on the computer.  But instead, why not throw on a jacket, find some family or friends, and head outside for a game of kick the can.  It's easy to play and the benefits include exercise.  Here's how you play: You place a can where everyone can see it.  One person is the finder. Everyone else hides. The finder has to try and catch all the hiders. If he does, he wins. When a person gets caught, they have to stand in a spot. But if a hider runs up and kicks the can before the finder gets to them, all the caught players are freed and the finder has to start all over again.  You'll enjoy this game and the exercise will keep you from getting too cold.
